Terry and Dana Martin were married in 1968. They spent the next 45 years as missionaries serving in the West Indies, England, and parts of Africa where they were active in various building projects including several churches and a youth camp as well as being influential in starting a local school. They have always had an interest in real estate with several rental properties both in England and the United States but, it wasn’t until they retired in 2013 and returned to America that they were inspired to combine their passion for helping people, their interest in real estate, and their love of family into this exciting joint adventure with their daughter, Raelynn and her husband, Chris.
Chris and Raelynn Beachler were married in 2000 and quickly began their journey into real estate investing in 2001, when they purchased their first investment property and built a duplex. They started Beachler Construction in 2004 and have spent the last 11 years serving the local community. They have enjoyed great relationships with their customers with the majority of their business coming from repeat customers and “word of mouth” referrals. Although the focus of their business has been residential projects, including new home construction, additions, and numerous remodels, they also have been involved in various commercial projects, including building a large church addition and remodeling a historic home. They also have managed several investment properties for an international client.
